Pam has worked progressively within public schools for the past 30 years to build academic confidence among students and staff, and in so doing, she has strived to increase student self efficacy, nurture growth mindsets, and push toward educational equity with deliberate impatience. She loves spending time with family and friends, reading, and temding to her plants and flowers.
Blanca is a retired educator and school principal with 30 years of experience working in New Mexico. She wants to use her knowledge and insight to support charter schools and community members to ensure the success of marginalized students. As the Special Programs Coordinator she will help students and families connect to schools via meaningful activities and projects.
